At 10:59 a.m. the NWS office in Omaha issued a "Flash Flood Warning" for "South-central Fremont county" in Iowa- reporting a "levee has failed near Hamburg."
This will likely also affect travel on Interstate 29 around the Missouri-Iowa border north of Rockport.
