A Kansas City MO police helicopter responded at 7:09 pm Tuesday evening to a reported "man with a gun" also reported in one radio transmission as "a sniper" in the 23200 block of East U.S. 24 highway.
This is about one-half mile west of Fort Osage High school.
At 7:46 pm- the "suspect" reportedly "walked out" of a structure there and was taken "in custody" of police.
There are no other details- other than a large law enforcement presence at a rural location there.
