As of 1:51 p.m. Thursday afternoon May 5- 2011- the price of a barrel of oil as reported by CNBC was at $99.18.


That's a drop in price of more than $13 in four days- and Americans EXPECT a damn drop in fuel prices (yesterday) VERY- VERY quickly!
