I don't know the exact location of this fire other than it is near Richmond MO..Around noon- firefighters from Richmond- Orrick and Wood Heights were responding on a house fire with "a handicapped person trapped inside."
Moments ago- a medical helicopter was requested to this scene- but there's no other info yet.
