The initial alarm came in at 7:41pm- fire showing in a house at 12th Street & New York Avenue.
A 2nd-alarm was sounded minutes later- fire's reported coming out of a 2nd-floor window of the live-in structure.
A severe thunderstorm is currently over the City of Lawrence as well...
