A male has just been removed from the "partial collapse of a building under construction" on East 85th Street east of Prospect.KC-MO fire companies had only received the call at 9:19am.
The MAST-EMS unit has yet to arrive as of this report- extent of injuries to the person caught inside the structure when it collapsed is not yet known.
