OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUING UNTIL A FRONTAL PASSAGE LATE

THE LONG DURATION OF PRECIPITATION MAY LEAD TO EXCESSIVE RAINFALL

BROUGHT TWO TO LOCALLY FIVE INCHES OF RAIN BACK ON SATURDAY.
SEVERAL RIVERS ARE STILL EXPERIENCING MINOR FLOODING. AS A
RESULT...THE POTENTIAL FOR ONE TO THREE INCHES OF ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO WIDESPREAD RIVER AND AREAL FLOODING...AS
WELL AS LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR TRAINING
THUNDERSTORMS
.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE WATCH AREA...WHICH MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. IF

REQUIREMENTS...ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE INTERESTS ALONG AREA
RIVERS. KEEP INFORMED...AND BE READY FOR ACTION IF FLOODING IS
OBSERVED OR IF A FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS ISSUED.
