New CO2 Capture Technology Developed In Europe

A French engineering firm is teaming with a German energy provider to build a "carbon-dioxide capture plant" at a southern Sweden power plant.

Carbon-dioxide is considered the primary greenhouse gas.

A company- "Alstom"- has developed a "chilled-ammonia technology that is touted as being able to remove CO2 from the atmosphere.

Not said is what this "chilled-ammonia" process turns the carbon-dioxide gas into.
