The KCFD has sent a "high-rise response" of 10-companies after the initial 0714 CST dispatch to 4712 Roanoke Parkway.
Fire is reported in a 2nd-floor apartment and one occupant from the 2nd floor who was injured was found in the lobby when firefighters arrived at 0716 cst..

Apparently heat & smoke have just affected the 2nd & 3rd floors and just the one injury heard thus far.
