Promises jobs, visitors that will spend money. <br /><br />City: Ok.. but you'll provide 100 jobs with a minimum gross wage of 50K per year you'll keep those jobs for the next 10 years. You'll re-invest 5% of your sales at this location in community based projects (like schools). At the conclusion of the TIF period you'll pay an additional 1% in tax revenues.
